For over five years, Tom Pyke has been a dedicated member of the 6X community, showcasing incredible determination and resilience. From winning the Fat Loss Challenge to completing multiple half marathons, including the 6X Half Marathon, his achievements speak volumes about his hard work and perseverance.

Completed first marathon with a goal time of 3:42
150kg squat and 170kg deadlift PB strength records
Nearly 10kg fat loss and over 3kg muscle gain
5 point visceral fat drop & 14 point improvement in InBody score
