When Steve joined 6X Training six weeks ago, he described himself as unfit, not strong, and not proud of his health and fitness. A husband and father of two young kids, Steve’s motivation was simple yet powerful - he wanted to be a fit, healthy dad that his family could be proud of.
Next week, Steve turns 50 - and what a way to celebrate. In just six weeks, he’s achieved an incredible body transformation that deserves recognition.

Over six weeks, Steve’s transformation has been nothing short of outstanding:
Weight: 127.8kg ➡️ 119.8kg (⬇️ 8kg)
Body Fat %: 46.6 ➡️ 39.0
Fat Mass: 59.6kg ➡️ 46.7kg
Muscle Mass: 38.2kg ➡️ 41.2kg
InBody Score: 36 ➡️ 55
That’s nearly 13kg of fat lost and 3kg of muscle gained, all in just six weeks!
🔥 Effort Meets Structure
From day one, Steve committed to the full seven-day training plan. After the first week, he began tracking his meals, and together we built a structured meal plan from breakfast through to supper.
He also set himself a personal rule of zero alcoholic drinks for the entire six weeks. The only exception was a weekend away in week five for an early birthday celebration with mates - and even then, Steve kept things balanced and in control.
Every training session, Steve gave 100%. His drive on the weights floor led to an impressive muscle gain, and his cardio sessions were second to none. There were no excuses, no missed sessions, just consistent effort, day after day.
At his 4-week check-in, Steve had already dropped 4kg. That early progress fuelled his motivation even more, and in the following two weeks, he pushed harder to lose another 5kg before the final scan.
