Sam joined 6X in February 2021.

At the time he was already training, already showing up, already making an effort. What he wanted was guidance, structure, and a place where training felt consistent and reliable.

That’s exactly what he built.

From the start his goal was simple - lose body fat and add muscle.

Over time, session by session, that’s exactly what happened.

His starting scan:

67.8kg | 18.5% body fat | 12.5kg fat mass

His most recent scan:

59.2kg | 10.8% body fat | 6.4kg fat mass

Nearly 9kg down on the scale.

Fat mass almost cut in half.

Lean muscle held steady above 30kg.

Sam has trained across PT, group sessions, and his own workouts.

He’s worked with multiple coaches and adapted to each style.

He’s kept his routine even when life made things harder, and when his environment improved he pushed forward again.

What stands out most is how steady his approach has been.

Week after week he shows up, completes his sessions, and sticks to the structure. That routine has given him stability, confidence, and a system he can rely on.

The people around him - his family, his coaches, and our team - have watched that progress build over time and are incredibly proud of what he’s achieved.

And now he’s set his next target.

Sam is preparing for the City2Surf in August.

He’s already laying the groundwork in his sessions, building his engine, and turning his training toward that event.

From his first goal of fat loss and muscle gain to now training for performance, Sam’s journey keeps moving forward.
