Cheryl Christensen has achieved incredible milestones in her fitness journey, embodying dedication and versatility. She has consistently works out 3-5 times a week, setting personal bests in deadlifts and bench presses. Her passion extends beyond strength training, embracing cardio classes, boxing, and even amateur Iron Man races and beach running challenges. This adventurous spirit keeps her progress dynamic and her workouts exciting.
Beyond her own achievements, Cheryl has become a source of inspiration in her gym community and at home. Over two years, she has reduced her body fat percentage by 6%, lost 5kg of fat, gained nearly 2kg of muscle, and lowered her visceral fat by 2 points. Her transformation has not only improved her health but also motivated her family and gym peers to pursue their own fitness goals.
