Special shout out goes to the well known loveable character mr Chris Phippard. Chris joined us at the most recent challenge event, amazing everyone with his efforts running lap after lap on the sand, even with a 20kg sand bag on his back. He’s also recently set a goal of bench pressing 100kgs which he’s not far off! Chris is always keeping us entertained with his quick wit, immaculate outfits and glorious singing and dancing. Chris is also always helpful to us as trainers in helping us with our other clients accountability, continually checking in with them with the classic ‘how tall do you weigh’ and reminding them to always ‘FOCUS’!! We love having Chris as part of the 6x community and can’t wait to see that 100kg bench coming soon!
Penny has received this shout out due to her outstanding InBody Scan. We set a long-term goal in September last year and she has now officially reached that goal! This has been a result of her dedication to her training of 2 PT's each week and fitting in her classes and runs and preparing her healthy meals. She has done all of this whilst juggling a rotating roster between day and night shifts at the hospital. She has had an incredible year so far and we cannot wait to see what she will achieve for the rest of it.
Sami deserves this weeks shoutout for winning 2 Gold Medals at the Australian Surf Titles a few weeks ago. She won in her event Rescue and Resuscitation in both the Under 19's and the Open Women's. She has made a very impressive effort to balance her work life, gym training and surf club training and she is so deserving of these rewards
Sharon has won client of the week due to her outstanding performance at the Australian Surf Titles. Sharon won 2 GOLD medals!!!! One in the 50-54 beach sprint and one in the 170+ relay. She joined us in early March to incorporate some more strength training into her routine in the lead up to the State and National Titles. She has worked tremendously hard and now received the exact reward she deserves. So proud to have her apart of the 6X Family!
Ellen achieved some MASSIVE things during the challenge! She put herself well out of her comfort zone. She went from doing a very slow, steady 7km walk in the first challenge to a 14km run/walk in this challenge! She improved her WILKS by a massive 30pt's (adding 30kgs across her lifts). This is a testament to her commitment to her training, consistently turning up and training HARD. Her loyalty to the red team made her participate in loads of classes and team training sessions, even coming in and training by herself here for the first time ever! Epic work Ellen.
After joining us in November Shannon has achieved some great results. She has won client of the week because of her dedication to her training as she doesn't ever miss a day! Because of this she has both lost body fat and gained muscle. Shannon is a mother of 3 and also runs her own business. She has really made her training schedule work for her lifestyle and we love having both her and baby Cade in the gym everyday.
Steve has been nominated for his overall efforts this year running each week with the 5.55 club each Friday morning, his Max8 Fit class each Thursday evening with Matilda, his consistent PT sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Adam and his random off-road adventures in all sorts of compromised weather conditions. What earned him client of the week was just this Saturday past (20/3), Steve alongside others, took off down at Loftus in the National Park in torrential rain to run 21kms with the other boys with smiles all the way. At a young 63 years old, Steve inspires all ages with a 'get involved' attitude and 'get it done' determination in everything he does at 6X. Considering he only first attended a gym leading up to his 50th birthday, Steve has managed to tick off some serious milestones in the health and fitness world - but it's his enjoyment of training at the moment that has him with this prestigious award. Congrats Steve!
SARA has won client of the week this week because she had an absolutely outstanding 6 week challenge. She managed to get her Body Fat % down to her goal, ticked off all but 2 bingo items but most importantly... she absolutely smashed the fitness test. She got the fastest time within the challenge completing the test in 23:02mins. In addition to all of these amazing performance goals she has improved her mindset incredibly when it comes to her training and is soaring because of it.
He has been with 6X for years, trains consistently and never misses a session. Starting back this year in 2021 Malcolm set a massive goal to lose 10kg making him the lightest he has been here. He is only 2kg's off his goal already, having lost 8kg in the last 2 months!
Richard joined us at the start of this 6 week challenge and as of week 4 had lost 8.2kgs of pure body fat. Whilst struggling with arthritis in his knee, he has still managed to tick of the 14km run (he walked it with a 15kg DB in his hike pack), the Biathlon, Sand Dunes, Malabar Headland Loop and the Coogee to Bondi.

Sally has been a member of 6X since 2012 and in that time has achieved many amazing feats. She has been on fire this challenge, ticking all the boxes with her nutrition, walking in her work lunches and training up a STORM.
During this past month of training she has set some massive PB's and is continuing to beat them each week. This last week she deadlifted a MASSIVE 145KG, benched 60KG and squatted a VERY impressive 125KG! AMAZING! Well deserved Sal!

Louise has just returned from a long, five month, stint for work on a Naval vessel travelling the globe. Unfortunately for Louise COVID rules applied to armed forces and not once was she permitted to leave the ship, crazy right?! Fortunately for Louise, daily activity was effortless with thousands of stairs and corridors around the ship every work-related task was a heart pumping effort.
Louise has been a member at 6X for ten years now and so she knows the rules with food! Boredom (living on a ship 24-7 for five months) often leads to poor nutrition choices… not for Louise.

This 16 year old WEAPON trains alongside his dad twice a week. Axel keeps his dad (Jason) in line, calling out bad nutrition choices and dobbing him in 😂 He is learning how to safely lift and build some muscle/strength to help him with his boxing (that he also does 3 times a week)! This week he deadlifted a VERY impressive 120kg deadlift (with perfect form) at only 60kg bodyweight. Congratulations Axel, well deserved!!!!!
Amelia has had a great transformation in her first year at 6X Training. She has dropped body fat, increased her strength and muscle and become a whole lot fitter. Her mindset though is what she has seen the biggest changes in. She has become so much more confident in herself and her goals have now shifted from body composition goals to performance goals. This had included completing the Gold Coast Half Marathon in under 2 hours but unfortunately it was cancelled due to lockdown. Regardless, she is running the best she ever has and reaping the benefits of her hard work. We are so grateful to be able to see her shining smile and infectious laugh in the gym everyday
Kellee has seen amazing results since joining us at 6X! She initially began her training during our 6 Week Challenge in June and won the Female Fat Loss Award!
In just 6 weeks she managed to lose an incredible 6.9KG of body fat!!!!She is incredibly driven during her workouts and putting in an amazing effort outside of the gym with her nutrition and extra movement.
Fast forward 6 months and Kellee hasn't slowed down for a second losing a further 10kgs following the challenge. What an absolute legend! We're so proud to have you apart of our 6X family!
Resident WEAPON Steven Louloudakis has been with us for over 5 years. In this time he has achieved many incredible transformations. He is an avid runner, constantly competing in events from half marathons to ultra obstacle races (50km’s and 50+ obstacles). He has also dedicated himself to improving his overall strength and at his last testing smashed out a huge 210kg dead, 100kg bench and 180kg squat. We are stoked to have the ability to train such a machine
Pat has achieved some incredible results since getting started at 6X! He joined up for the 6 week challenge in June and took out the overall Fat Loss award, losing an amazing 8.8kg of Body Fat!
Pat put in so much hard work over the 6 weeks in his sessions, team sessions and throughout the rest of the week with the help of his lovely wife (and 6X member Nicola Kapo), completely overhauled his nutrition and put in all the work necessary to ensure he achieved his results. Pat is an absolute legend and his results are truely well deserved for the hard work he has put in since starting on his journey with 6X! We love having him as a part of our 6X family and cant wait to continue to see his results along the way!
Frankie has been apart of 6X for about 18 months now and what a lovely addition she has been to our community. During the 6 Week Challenge, Frankie clocked up an incredible 506.6km. She did not miss a day walking at minimum 10 kilometres often walking in wet and windy conditions. Her determination during this time was incredibly inspiring to all!
Baris absolutely smashed last week from start to finish, putting up the fastest time on the weekly challenge of completing the block run(4:06), then finishing the sand dune challenge first. He always puts 100% into everything he does and his progress since beginning has been enormous. A little bit of info on Baris
