On Saturday Gwenael Leculier, Jacinta Rich, Steve Ellison and Brad took on the 10km True Grit obstacle course on the Hawkesbury River.
The objective: Be home for lunch!
Training time: 4 weeks
Event duration: 2 hours
The results: heaps of laughs... mainly at Steve trying to jump over walls.

Steve has a young family and runs his own construction business. At no point have either of these been an 'excuse'... rather, they have been used to further motivation when the going gets tough.

Jenny is the principal at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart College (OLSH) in Kensington. Early 5am starts have Jenny leaving the gym and off to work before most are out of bed.
Being head of a school has Jen training for more important reasons than just body composition. Mental health, stress management and strength keep her focussed on the more important things in life - fitness and a lean body composition are just awesome side-effects.
