Welcome back everyone, good to hear everyone had a great break and we're excited to hear of so many new goals and good intentions for 2019.
Coming back this week saw lots of members a little 'rusty' after the couple weeks off... It's important to drink lots of water, stretch and hit up those post-weights protein shakes to avoid the DOMS (sore muscles).
Being summer, its hot and the air-con is pumping! Please remember to bring a towel and drink bottle to every session. Keep your fluids up during sessions and wipe down any equipment you sweat on.
Some big goals are being thrown around, we're excited... Keep the motivation, build the momentum and smash those weekly targets. As always, please speak to trainers when in the studio if you're not on track - don't waste any time reaching your goals.
The Fat Loss Challenge is around the corner, registration is just $79 this year. If you're going to join in the fun and games, bring a family member or friend to join you as always, your results are better if there's someone outside the gym helping you stay on track. Furthermore this year a big challenge we're setting ourselves is to help someone (or more) lose over 20kg in the 8 weeks, do you know someone that needs our help?
